From the HOD's Desk:

Engineering Physics department is one of the oldest departments at DSI and the faculties are experts in the fields of physics and nanotechnology and are leaders in a broad range of physics research, utilizing facilities and technologies that are continually being modified and improved.

Our department was established in 1979, and since then, we have grown into a strong and vibrant department with eminent faculty vigorously pursuing world-class research. Our students have access to state-of-the-art teaching laboratories and are involved in innovative research projects in our research labs.
